Accommodation

Booking and accommodation are not included in the conference fee. Please make the reservation on your own. Reservations have to be made by e-mail or phone contact, web reservations are not available.  We kindly ask you to state the conference name “NEWMATEC” or the organizer name “ZAP SR” as the hotel capacity is booked only for conference participants.

FAQ

How can I make the payment for conference ticket?

After the registration, you are required to pay the conference ticket. You can pay for the ticket by card or bank transfer to the bank account of the organizer, which is the Automobile Industry Association of the Slovak Republic. We will send you all necessary information by e-mail. You are entitled to a refund for the ticket when you cancel your registration 30 days before the event at the latest.

Does the conference ticket include accommodation?

No, it does not. If you want to stay at the conference until the next day, you have to book and pay your room individually. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy.

Where will I stay?

At the top of this page, you can find recommended accommodation. If none of these options suits you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to find suitable accommodation for you.

 

Where can I park after arriving at the conference?

Hotel Partizan parking lot and nearby parking spaces around the hotel provide ample parking space for all conference participants.

Where can I register for the conference after my arrival to the hotel?

The registration desk will be situated in the Hotel Partizan lobby.  It should be easy to find.

Will I be alone in my hotel room?

Single room or room shared with your colleague. It is up to you! Since we do not make a booking, you can arrange your accommodation directly with the hotel. Venue and local hotels provide enough capacity for all conference guests

Are meals included in conference fee?

The conference fee includes lunch and an evening reception on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day of the conference in the Hotel Partizan. During the conference, we will provide coffee and refreshments.

What is the conference language?

The lectures will be in English or Slovak/Czech language with simultaneous interpretation.

Can I order vegetarian, gluten-free food or other special diet?

Yes, you can. Please, tick the “special diet” checkbox and write the type of your special diet in the “note” field.

Môžem zmeniť meno účastníka alebo zrušiť účasť na konferencii aj po zaplatení účastníckeho poplatku?

It is possible to cancel your participation without a cancellation fee 30 days before the event. The payment for the conference ticket will not be refunded after this date. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy. If you want to change the name of the conference participant, you can do it 10 days before the event. After this date, we are not able to process changes in printed materials and name tags.
