Conference ticket pricing:

until 23th of February 2018:
480,- € incl. VAT for members of The Automotive Industry Association of SR (you can claim member discount during registration process)
 576,- € incl. VAT for non-members

from 24th of February 2018:
600,- € incl. VAT for members of Automotive Industry Association of SR (you can claim member discount during registration process)
696,- € incl. VAT for non-members

Slovakia VAT rate is 20%

The conference ticket includes:

– Admission to all sessions of the two-day conference
– Admission to the evening reception
– Conference set
– Meals during the conference
– Refreshment (coffee breaks)

The conference ticket does not include accommodation

It is not possible to subscribe to separate parts of the conference.

                                                           

 

FAQ

Does the conference ticket include accommodation?

No, it does not. If you want to stay at the conference until the next day, you have to book and pay your room individually. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy.

Can I change the name of the participant or cancel the participation on the conference after paying the registration fee?

It is possible to cancel your participation without a cancellation fee before the 8th of February 2020. The payment for the conference ticket will not be refunded after this date. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy. If you want to change the name of the conference participant, you can do it before the 14th of March 2020. After this date, we are not able to process changes in printed materials and name tags.

Where will I stay?

At the top of this page, you can find recommended accommodation. If none of these options suits you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to find suitable accommodation for you.

 

Where can I park after arriving at the conference?

Hotel Partizan parking lot and nearby parking spaces around the hotel provide ample parking space for all conference participants.

Where can I register for the conference after my arrival to the hotel?

The registration desk will be situated in the Hotel Partizan lobby.  It should be easy to find.

Will I be alone in my hotel room?

Single room or room shared with your colleague. It is up to you! Since we do not make a booking, you can arrange your accommodation directly with the hotel. Venue and local hotels provide enough capacity for all conference guests

Does the conference ticket include accommodation?

Please do not pay for breakfast on the 24th of March 2019, it is included in conference ticket (applies only for hotels recommended by organizer – Hotel Partizan, Golf, Stupka, Bystra).

Are meals included in conference fee?

The conference fee includes lunch and an evening reception on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day of the conference in the Hotel Partizan. During the conference, we will provide coffee and refreshments.

What is the conference language?

The lectures will be in English or Slovak/Czech language with simultaneous interpretation.

Can I order vegetarian, gluten-free food or other special diet?

Yes, you can. Please, tick the “special diet” checkbox and write the type of your special diet in the “note” field.
